I&#039;m glad it worked out for you.  I based this on an authentic technique for making Turkish coffee with a copper pot.  My mom went to Turkey a year ago and brought me back a new grinder and copper pot, but I haven&#039;t tried it the &quot;real&quot; way yet.  The microwave method works so well!  My favorite coffee using this method is an Ethiopian Harrar from Bluebottle Coffee.  -kai]]></description>
