YUM!  I have no idea why, but I always forget about adding bell peppers to things like this.  I bet that was good!  I only seem to remember them for Cajun-style recipes.  I just picked up a bag of herbs de provence from Penzey&#039;s and I think the combination of herbs and lavender would go really well in this.  I can&#039;t wait to try that.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[This recipe was great, it used some different flavors that just came together, that you may or may not expect.  I changed it a bit and added diced red and green peppers, and chicken broth instead of stock. I decided that it needed a little more to fill my husband, so I made up some brown rice as well, and put the sauce over that too. I also cut out some fat by rippping away the fat of the bacon, which results in it being broken up and ready to throw in, also, by baking the pork chops with some seasonings instead of &quot;frying it&quot; in the pan. I can&#039;t wait to make this recipe again, and neither can my husband:-)]]></description>
