		<description>wow this recipe is perfect! I just made it with broccoli...so good!! I also threw in a quarter of a stick of butter (just cause I can on this low carb diet)...not sure if it really made a difference...

		<description>Since writing this post I tried a couple of the ingredients I suggested and learned that, unlike cream, not everything tastes good with cauliflower.  

Leeks were my wife&#039;s favorite.  YUM!
Roasted poblano chiles were awful.  YUCK!

I still have high hopes for the clam chowder but haven&#039;t tried it yet.</description>

		<description>What a great idea! I just had cream of asparagus soup at a restaurant and was wondering how to recreate at home without the copious cream and butter. And I always feel sad throwing the asparagus ends in the compost. I used to keep them in a bag in the freezer but never did anything with them. Can&#039;t wait to try.</description>
